Lemon noodles with seafood sauce

Ingredients for
Clean the shrimp, mussels and clams well, making sure to remove the sand from the latter well.
Brown two cloves of garlic with a drizzle of oil in a nonstick frying pan.
When golden, remove the garlic and add the mussels and clams, basting with white wine and letting it fade for a few minutes.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
After about 5 minutes, check the clams and mussels and remove any that will not have opened during cooking. Drain the fish keeping the cooking water and separate the seafood from its shell.
Take care to save some shells for the final presentation of the dish.
At this point cook the squid in a nonstick pan with a drizzle of oil for a few minutes.
Add the cherry tomatoes cut in half and from time to time also a ladle of previously leftover cooking water.
Now take care of the pasta: boil a pot with plenty of salted water and throw in the noodles.
This pasta is very fine and delicate so we recommend that you pay attention to the cooking time (3/4 minutes) so that it remains “al dente“.
Add the mussels and clams to the squid sauce and pour in the pasta. Sauté everything well over a high flame.
Season with salt and pepper and garnish with some shellfish. Enjoy your meal!
