This product was purchased at Cost **********. It was used to make a Creamy Pesto Caprese salad. The combination of cherry tomatoes, herbed bocconcini, chopped spinach, red onion, Basil, homemade Pesto sauce (in another variation, this was replaced by Balsamic Vinegar), EVOO, fresh lemon juice, sliced black olives was enjoyed by all my guest who all but demanded the recipe! It was simple, straightforward and the pasta color/combination made it festive and fun. Appreciate the pasta flavor, texture and the resulting salad that showed off all the ingredients.
